NextMinds offers specialized workshops and webinars designed for those embarking on or progressing through their academic journey, i.e., Master students, PhD students (at all stages), and postdocs. The workshops and webinars are tailored to equip them with the essential soft skills and tools to thrive in academia.
What do we offer?
Our workshops focus on academic skills (e.g., presentation skills) but also cover aspects of academia that are often not taught to early-career researchers (e.g., mental health in academia). The topics include:

Format of the workshops
Workshops can either be given in person, on the site of your choice (university, medical center, conference, symposium, etc.) or they can be given online via Zoom (webinar format).
Whatever the format, each workshop/webinar is a blend of insightful content and interactive discussions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
I use my experience and skills in coaching and counseling to encourage a safe place where every participants feel encouraged to ask questions and share their experience.

I have experience in giving webinars to PhD students part of consortia, such as MCSA Doctoral Networks. NextMinds has already participated to calls for proposals and is registered for EU funding with a dedicated Participant Identification Code.
